At Diorio DDS, we provide a convenient and affordable one-year dental care plan for all of our patients who are without dental insurance.

What’s Included in the Diorio Dental Plan?

• Routine X-rays
• Exam twice per year
• Periodontal evaluation
• Oral cancer screening
• Prophylaxis cleaning twice per year or periodontal maintenance cleaning four times per year

We also offer a 20% courtesy on periodontics, fillings, crowns, implant crowns, whitening services, and emergency treatment.

Prices for New and Established Patients

Additional Information

The Diorio Dental Plan is an in-house benefit plan and not a dental insurance. It can’t be used with any other dental plan or insurance, or while using care credit or third-party financing. It also can’t be used for services covered under workman’s compensation or automobile medical. This is a nonrefundable plan and can only be used at Diorio DDS.

• The Diorio Dental Plan expires exactly one year from your enrollment date
• Your services must be received within that period
• Payment is due the day the plan is implemented
• The patient’s portion of the bill is due on the day of service
